At Parts From Japan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and accessories may be final sale to ensure product exclusivity and hygiene.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original Japanese packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
